START TIME:
8:00 a.m., awards ceremony begins at 9:00

DISTANCE:
5k (3.1 miles)  run it.  jog it.  walk it.  whatever. 

LOCATION:
burns park soccer complex, north little rock off interstate 40 exit 150 in the soccer complex.  click here for a map.

COURSE TYPE:
paved scenic trail along the river, through the
woods, around a lake, to grandmother’s house and back. check out the course map at mapmyrun.com.

ENTRY FEES:
:: individual: $20 (race day: $25)

:: family: $20 first registrant, $15 for each
additional family member

T-SHIRTS:
the t-shirts are awesome. entry fees
include adult sized t-shirt. extra shirts will be available race day. shirt sizes are based on first come, first serve.

PRIZES:
no duplication of awards. the first place overall male and female finisher will receive an original sculpture by Joe Barnett which has both intrinsic and monetary value.  To learn more about Joe's work click here.  other prizes will be given to the top three male and female finishers in each of the following categories:

:: overall, masters (40+), 14 and under,
15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+.

:: there will also be awards for the
individual with the funniest costume,
the most creative costume, and the
biggest hog fan.

RESTRICTIONS:
baby joggers/strollers must start at the
rear. all other wheeled vehicles like bikes,skates, rollerblades, skateboards, etc. are restricted. wheel chairs are permissible.
